Processing & Shipping

We ask that you allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend (Sat/Sun) will be processed on Monday. Orders placed during a holiday will be processed starting the next business day. 

Shipping rates are determined by USPS. Rates vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. 

An e-mail confirming your order and shipment tracking number, will be sent to the e-mail address provided when the purchase was made.  

We try our best to make sure your order will be delivered on time. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame. 

If you have specific questions regarding the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier identified in the shipment confirmation e-mail. They will be able to provide the best up-to-date information concerning your delivery.
